Texas Fly Fishing

Back in the Texas Hill Country and getting dialed into fall bass fishing. Currently local central Texas lakes and rivers have been fishing excellent. Fall weather has really set in with cool nights and warm days

Lake Travis and Austin both have been fishing best with poppers in the morning and evening. Streamers and subsurface files will work all day. 

The Colorado river downstream of Austin has been fishing very well. The sunny days have the fish tight to the banks or in shade, using a variety of poppers and subsurface streamers will get the job done. When there is an overcast topwater will be consistent throughout the day.
